Overhang.

Hit with a sudden loneliness
As I'm finally not surrounded
For the first time in a week
This hangover, it feels like heartbreak
Like a deep hollow lined with sharp things
I must keep from slipping on the edges
Back against a wall
Hanging from a ledge
But proud to stand here,
All 8 clubs in the air
Happy to be overwhelmed and not have to
Feel guilty about it
This is who I am
This is the way I like to live my life.
Take me or leave me,
But in this moment maybe give me
I'll take anything you've got.

This is what the focal character does in her every day life. Until something unusual occurs, the inciting incident, it sets her off on a journey. This is her response to the inciting incident. Next the first act turning point, her realization that there are consequences for her actions. Followed by a seemingly endless stream of insurmountable hurdles to overcome. Until at last, conflict resolution, the moral to the story, and she lives happily ever after only now she has new information.
